xpoker Terms & Conditions

1 Eligibility

To register and use the xpoker platform, you must meet all of the following requirements:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. xpoker is strictly a 21+ platform. Players below this age are not permitted to register or access any service on the platform.
• You must be physically located in the Philippines when accessing and using xpoker services.
• You must not be a person who has been excluded or self-excluded from online gaming platforms.
• You must not be acting on behalf of any third party when creating or using your account.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under Philippine law.

2 Account Registration and KYC

Each player is permitted to hold one account only on xpoker. Creating duplicate accounts, or accounts on behalf of another person, is strictly prohibited and may result in permanent suspension.

When you register, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information. This includes your full legal name, date of birth, Philippine contact number, and email address. Providing false information is a breach of these Terms.

Before your account can be fully activated for deposits and withdrawals, you must complete identity verification (KYC). This involves submitting a valid Philippine government-issued ID and confirming your mobile number via OTP. xpoker handles all submitted documents in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

• Account credentials are personal to you and must not be shared with anyone else.
• You are responsible for all activity that takes place on your account.
• You must notify us through your account dashboard immediately if you suspect unauthorised access.

3 Deposits

All deposits on xpoker are made in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). Supported deposit methods include Philippine bank transfers, InstaPay interbank transfers, online banking through Philippine bank portals, and select local e-wallets.

xpoker does not accept credit cards or cryptocurrency as deposit methods. All deposit channels must be in the name of the registered account holder. Third-party deposits are not permitted.

• Deposits are credited to your account once confirmed by the payment provider.
• Minimum and maximum deposit limits may apply and are displayed at the point of transaction.
• xpoker reserves the right to return a deposit and request additional verification before it is credited.

4 Withdrawals

Withdrawals are processed back to a verified Philippine bank account or e-wallet registered in your name. All withdrawal amounts are in Philippine Peso. Withdrawals to third-party accounts are not permitted under any circumstances.

Before any withdrawal can be processed, your account must have completed KYC verification. Requests submitted before verification is complete will be held pending document review.

• Withdrawal processing times vary depending on the chosen method and may be subject to standard banking processing periods.
• xpoker reserves the right to conduct additional verification checks before approving withdrawal requests.
• Minimum withdrawal amounts may apply and are shown on the Withdrawal page.
• Any funds resulting from suspected fraudulent activity may be withheld pending investigation.

5 Gaming Rules

The xpoker platform offers multiple game types including online poker, live casino, slot games, and eBingo. Each game category operates under its own specific rules, which are displayed within the game interface or in supporting documentation accessible from your account.

By launching any game on xpoker, you confirm that you understand and accept the rules applicable to that game. General rules that apply across all game categories include:

• All game outcomes are determined by certified random number generation (RNG) or live dealer processes, as applicable.
• Once a game round or session has been confirmed, it cannot be cancelled or reversed.
• Any attempt to manipulate game outcomes through technical means, software exploits, or collusion will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of affected balances.
• xpoker is not responsible for outcomes resulting from player errors, misunderstanding of game rules, or network interruptions on the player's side.

6 Betting Rules

The xpoker sportsbook covers sports including basketball (PBA and NBA), football, esports, boxing, and volleyball. Betting markets are subject to availability and may be suspended or removed at the discretion of xpoker without prior notice.

• All bets are placed in Philippine Peso and are final once confirmed by the system.
• Odds are subject to change at any time prior to a bet being confirmed. The odds shown at confirmation are the odds applied to your wager.
• In the event of a match postponement, cancellation, or abandonment, bets will be settled according to the specific rules for that sport as displayed in the sportsbook.
• xpoker reserves the right to void any bet placed using odds that were clearly erroneous due to a technical or human error.
• Suspicious betting patterns may result in bets being voided and accounts reviewed.

7 Bonuses and Promotions

xpoker may offer bonuses, promotions, or cashback rewards to eligible players from time to time. Each promotion is subject to its own specific terms, including eligibility criteria, wagering requirements, time limits, and withdrawal conditions, which will be stated in full when the promotion is active.

• Bonuses are credited to eligible accounts only. xpoker does not guarantee any specific bonus amount or promotion availability at any given time.
• Attempting to exploit promotional terms through irregular betting patterns or multiple account creation will result in bonus cancellation and potential account suspension.
• xpoker reserves the right to modify or cancel any promotion at its discretion, with or without prior notice.

8 Responsible Gaming

xpoker is committed to promoting responsible gaming among all players in the Philippines. Gaming on this platform is for entertainment purposes only. There is no guaranteed outcome in any game or betting market, and all activity carries financial risk.

• All players must be aged 21 or above. This is enforced at registration and through ongoing KYC processes.
• Players are encouraged to set personal session budgets and time limits before starting any gaming session.

• If you believe your gaming activity is causing personal, financial, or social harm, please make use of self-exclusion options and seek appropriate support.

9 Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your xpoker account credentials. This includes your password and any OTP codes issued to your registered mobile number. Never share these details with any other person.

• xpoker will never ask for your password through any communication channel. Requests for your password from any party claiming to represent xpoker should be treated as fraudulent.
• All account connections are protected by SSL encryption.
• Sensitive account actions — including login from a new device and withdrawal requests — require OTP verification.
• If you suspect your account has been accessed without your authorisation, notify xpoker immediately through your account dashboard and change your password.

10 Account Suspension and Termination

xpoker reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account if a player is found to have:

• Provided false or misleading information during registration or verification.
• Created more than one account on the platform.
• Attempted to manipulate game outcomes or exploit platform systems.
• Engaged in fraudulent deposit or withdrawal activity.
• Breached any part of these Terms & Conditions.
• Been found to be under 21 years of age.

In cases of suspension, any remaining balance may be withheld pending investigation. Players may request account closure voluntarily at any time through the account dashboard.

11 Limitation of Liability

xpoker provides its platform on an "as is" basis. While we work to ensure the platform is reliable and available at all times, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted access or freedom from technical errors.

• xpoker is not liable for losses resulting from platform downtime, connection issues on the player's network, or game interruptions outside of our control.
• xpoker is not responsible for any financial decisions made by players in connection with their use of the platform.
• Our total liability to any individual player in any calendar month shall not exceed the net deposits made by that player in that month, to the extent permitted by applicable Philippine law.

12 Changes to These Terms

xpoker reserves the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. When changes are made, the updated document will be published on this page with a revised date. Continued use of the platform after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
